Coffee Production in Limu
Traditionally, coffees marketed under Limu are all washed coffees. The unwashed coffees produced from this region is normally offered under the Jimma name.
With similar growing conditions and processing to both neighboring Yirgacheffe and Sidama, this washed coffee presents with similar fragrant floral notes. However, Limu coffee has a relatively milder acidity and richer body compared to coffees from its neighboring regions.
