History
Heirloom is a umbrella term used to encompass all the genetically undefined varietals that is native to Ethiopia. Being the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia is estimated to have ten of thousands of coffee varietals occuring as a result of natural cross pollination. Due to this colossal number, coffee from Ethiopia are generally referred to by its producing region, which are most likely a mix of a few varietals.
