Ethiopia Kochere Gololcha


Ethiopia Kochere Gololcha is a single origin coffee from the Gololcha district which is located in the Arsi zone within the coffee region of Harrar.

This natural processed coffee crafted by The Crackpots Coffee were lightly roasted to highlight its notes of citrus fruits and stone fruits, as well as its tea-like mouthfeel.

  • Best brewed with – V60
  • Grind size – Medium-Fine to Medium
  • Brew ratio (coffee : water) – 1 : 15
  • Temperature – 93℃ and above
