Ethiopia Shalay is a single origin coffee from the famous Ethiopian coffee growing region of Yirgacheffe.
Even though it is geographically located within the larger region of Sidama, Yirgacheffe coffees are so unique that they are recognized and labelled as a distinct coffee origin.
This washed Yirgacheffe crafted by Landmark Coffee Roastery demonstrates the bright lemon acidity, excellent sweetness with floral notes that the region is well known for.
