Panama Santa Teresa Natural


Finca Santa Teresa is a coffee estate and mill located at the Chiriqui Highlands of Panama. This estate sits close to the border with Costa Rica and Panama’s highest peak, the Volcan Baru.

Blessed with rich volcanic soils, high altitude, Pacific and Atlantic driven climatic conditions, Finca Santa Teresa produces superb quality coffee.

Harvested between November and February, coffee in this estate is picked from the 20 different lots and processed using one of three main processing methodswashed, honey or natural.

This natural processed version of Red Catuai variety crafted by SLO Atelier portrays a strong tropical fruits notes and pleasant sweetness in the cup.
